The Vorne platform called  „XL Productivity Appliance” is dedicated for production monitoring and includes a comprehensive set of tools for manufacturing productivity management. It combines six products into one simple package: visual display, production monitor modules – which track manufacturing performance, data warehouse, I/O processor, embedded server, and programming platform. XL Productivity Appliance system is available in 3 different versions: XL800, XL600, and XL400 with different sizes and various types of applied displays. The system can be optionally expanded with barcode scanners available in several different sets, starting with economical Wired Kit #93-0189, via kits for consumer goods industry like Wired Kit #93-0192, 2D Wired Kit #93-0197, Wireless Kit #93-0195, up to kits for operation in harsh conditions Wired Kit #93-0190, and 2D Wireless Kit #93-0216.

Another popular Vorne product group is the programmable large digital displays “87 Series” available in sizes from 4” to 12” digits. Production display models have all useful functions like monitor count, rate, down time, cycle time, target count, and efficiency or variance, additionally equipped with integral serial port, in rugged enclosure, and also super-bright LED digits. Besides digital displays, you will find also alphanumeric display models like „ applied with super bright LED diodes and heavy duty industrial enclosure, and easy configurable model“ in stand-alone and panel mount enclosures. The last product group are  represented  by two models of panel message displays. The first model is ‘’loaded with scripting language and it features  the possibility of programming with the use of software and the second model is ‘’ offered with free-of-charge Display-Pro® programming software. Vorne also provides full support and after sale service for equipment which was discontinued.
